Shaw Secure

Hi. I'm trying to install the new version of Shaw Secure. I'm a long-time Shaw customer, with my desktop; with my laptop, I've had the old version of Shaw Secure for more than a year now.

The problem: when I try to click on the button "I already have Shaw Secure" to download the update, it requires my subscription key. But then I receive a message saying the subscription key is not valid.

So when I try to follow your tutorial to find out where to get my (hopefully current) subscription key, the video doesn't play - instead, there's a "this is private" message on the YouTube video.

How am I supposed to get past this point, so I can download the update?

Thanks,

MJ
