Very slow, stuttering and unreliable connection!

I was talking to a shaw rep on twitter and was told to post on the forums. For the past few days the connections has been terrible. I have my PC directly plugged in via ethernet to the shaw modem. I can't play any games on my PC such as diablo 3 or csgo. They continually freeze and disconnect. When this happens it will also d/c me from anything else i am doing such as using facebook on my phone or talking to someone in an xbox live party. Even with just one thing running such as xbox at 3am it will still d/c me from everything leaving xbox, twitch, pc games and my phone rather useless.

Shaw speedtest says 25/26mb up and 2.5/3mb down (this never changes regardless of how poor the internet is working... always says perfect connection)

These were all done one after the other. The pingtest has been the most reliable for the past few days actually showing that the ping and packet loss was pretty bad. I can provide more results of those if needed. Not to be rude but we have never had the best service with shaw. For a long time now whenever the internet seems to get going and work very well it only lasts for a few days and then gets really slow and choppy again. I've restarted the router and modem several times, tried turning off the wifi as well as ipconfig /release, /renew, /flushdns, etc.. Hopefully something can be figured out to fix this. Thanks.
