Why am I consistently getting this error:
There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “Shaw Account” or try again.
The server returned the error: The server “pop.shaw.ca” cannot be contacted on port 110.
I have checked the connection doctor repeatedly, I have been online with shaw chat support. They cannot do screen sharing because they haven't got a compatible version for my Mac. I'm so tired of this problem. Suggestions?
