How do I set up my voicemail to email - my messages are not going to either of the email accounts that I have set up.

Very sorry to hear you've run in to difficulties setting up your voicemail to email service. So just to confirm, you have gone to our Phone Portal and set up voicemail to email in here by entering your email address in the field under the "Voicemail to Email" section? If so, please check your junk mail folder in your email just in case it got sent there by mistake. I can also recommend turning off the voicemail to email service, and re-setting it back up again.
If it still does not show up, verify that all of the email addresses you have set up in the Phone Portal are correct and let us know so we can take a closer look.
