Troubleshooting on my Windows 7 PC produced the above message as the reason for not being able to connect to the internet by ethernet cable. The connection works on another PC so it seems the modem and router are fine. I have tried the fixes suggested on Shaw's site (updating driver, disabling then enabling etc.) but connection still can't be made. I have read several other threads on internet sites, many indicating a difficult fix. Have any Shaw users solved this problem?
