Hello. I recently created an HTTP server on a home computer. I have an HTTP server service running on it, I am using a DynamicDNS updater with my domain registrar (namecheap) and I have port forwarded port 80 on my modem. Although, when people outside my network attempt to connect to my website, what happens is the domain name is resolved to my ip, and when the web browser attempts to connect to my IP through port 80, it gives the error message 'Permission denied' and then it times out. Is there a step I may have missed which is preventing people from connecting to me?

EDIT: As of right now I have turned off my http service and have turned off Dynamic DNS. Port 80 is also no longer port forwarded on my router. I will only re-enable these settings at the request of a Shaw Moderator in case I was breaking ToS by having any of these services enabled.
