I ordered a couple of tv shows on Shaw on demand and when I go to my TV and Shaw on Demand, under My Orders... it says I have no orders. Any idea what the issue could be?
I received an answer from online support. I had ordered HD versions of the show and my box was not able to show them. When I choose SD, the episodes show up. Thank you.
I'm wondering if perhaps they were added to your wishlist instead. By adding it to the wishlist, it doesn't actually get ordered, just added to the list that you would like to order some time in the future.
