Movie Central App for Android no longer working

Recently tried to access the Movie Central app on my tablet while in the Okanagan, and it came up with an error message:

"3347 The content playback policy requires a hardware capability that the device does not have"

I have a Samsung Note 10.1, with Android 4.4.

I have been able to play content in the past.

Has something changed? If so, is there a fix?
