I ordered a movie and tried playing it on both my cable boxes to see if it was just the one box but its the on demand that is the issue.
I've seen that issue before...
Usually when Shaw's system thinks your terminal is somewhere else (wrong location code set).
If you press pause, rewind, fast forward, does the bar show up showing what it should be doing?
