I'm trying to logon to watch CTV online and it's not accepting my username or password, even though on my account, these seem to be correct. What am I doing wrong?
Are these the steps you are following to access the CTV online content?
Thanks - I tried both Email and My Account and both turn up an error message that says invalid username or password.

Hi skajiwara. I was trying the same thing yesterday for History, via Shaw )Go. So far, it is NO )Go. I've tried to sign in through my Shaw email and through my Shaw Account, even re-setting passwords. Still no go. I've given up, but it is frustrating that programs that used to be on Shaw on Demand now need to be accessed directly through these locked up stations. [Shaw]Brayden tried to help me yesterday, but so far I don't have a solution. I went through exactly the same procedure as [Shaw]Ali suggests and all it does is give an error message and cycle back to the page saying to sign in through your provider, including Shaw )Go.
Looks like we got skajiwara's login issues sorted out.

I'm a Shaw Direct subscriber and unable to login to services such as ctv go or access any of the on demand services on the free range app. - can someone look at my account to see what might be wrong?

While we are primarily a forum for Shaw Cable customers, we can help with a few basics. For Shaw Direct customers you'll be logging in using the same account number and password that you would use to view your Shaw Direct My Account pages at My account at Shaw Direct. If you are unable to access this because of password issues, this login page also has the option for you to reset your password.
