I was sent a new receiver and was on the phone getting assistance with it's installation and the tech managed to erase my subscription for the main receiver at the same time. I have tried twice to get assistance to get programming restarted on my main receiver but my call has been cut off twice. Each time I have to wait a considerable amount of time (1/2 hour to one hour) and I am getting frustrated as I need to sleep for night shift tonight. I would like an explanation as to why this is happening and why my time means nothing to you guys? Please tell me why I shouldn't just go back to City West Cable?
