I'm just curious if this can be done as 'm considering dropping all services with Shaw. Obviously, I would like to keep existing email addresses so I'm taking a wild shot to see if this is possible?

Your Shaw email needs to be associated with a Shaw account, so the only way you could keep using a Shaw email if you are canceling your account would be to have your email transferred to a friend or family member's account (with their permission).
If I want to do the transfer, what would Shaw need from me?
First we would need the person who will be taking over your email account to contact us to authorize this. For all intents and purposes it would become their email account, but they can continue to let you use it. We would then need to verify some security information with you to complete the transfer of the email to the other account. Let me know if the first step has been taken care of (ie., your friend has contacted us to authorize this) and we can help with the second step here.
