Oh ok, it's your television service that is not working. Yes, there was an outage for HD guide units in some areas as mentioned in this alert:
Lower Mainland - Internet Service Interruption
At this time, we've received notification that rebooting the unit may resolve the issue, so I'd recommend unplugging the unit from the power for a full 15 seconds, then plug it back in. Give the unit about 5 minutes, until you see the time displayed on the front of it. Once you see the time, please try powering it back on and it should be working again. Brayden, the TV is not working for 1000's of people, Do some digging before asknig questions that make people mad.
