Moved my tv upstairs from down and the shaw page comes up on the screen but it says No Shaw Gateway found. It is all plugged in correct

When you moved the TV to a new outlet, did you move the Gateway portal with it?
When a portal is added to an outlet, our installers need to add a special filter on that outlet to make sure that there is no interference from non-Gateway equipment. If you moved the portal to an outlet that doesn't have that filter, we would need to book a technician to come out and properly filter it for you.
I did move it with the portal to a place where it was originally installed. I have since solved the issue and all it well. Thanks
