You can actually try unplugging the power to the Portal for a few seconds, it should gather the correct time when it links back up to the Gateway. If that doesn't do the trick let us know and we'll gather your account information privately.
I'd try simply unplugging the portal in question for a few seconds then plug it back in.
As I understand it, it should reset the time when it rediscovers the Gateway and syncs up.
Just a hunch but worth a shot.
