Tried to watch a TV show on VOD on our lovely DCX3510-M this evening. After selecting the show, nothing happened -- we were just left back at the menu. About two minutes later, a message saying something like "Error 64417 - VOD is temporarily unavailable".
Just after that, we received our scheduled call back from the Shaw tech who was calling back to check in on the OTHER issues we've been having with our lovely DCX3510-M. She let us know that there was some kind of VOD outage in progress. I don't see an announcement about it though. Any updates about this?
