Purchase of a second PVRHD box
We just purchased a second PVRHD box so that we could tape in another room, and we were under the impression that we were to have the same channels as we do with the original purchase. we dont. why?

If you have hooked up the new second-hand HDPVR unit and it's not displaying the correct programming, this means that the unit needs to be activated on your account. In order to get it activated, please use our activations site, in which you will need to enter in the serial number of the unit. If that doesn't do the trick, please let us know and we can manually activate it for you.
