I Just hooked up my shaw box in my home. I can see the guIDE but no picture. I have 2 more boxes but haven't hooked th up yet
It's a good sign if you have the guide. It means that the box was able to connect to us. But no picture or sound? Pull the power cord from the back of your box for 30 seconds to reboot. Also make sure that the HDMI cable between the box and the TV is secure on both ends.
If that doesn't restore the picture and sound, please let us know. We might need to do a channel refresh for you.

All the cords are plugged in properly anod I tried unplugging it and waiting then trying and its still not working
