Our Shaw box is currently stuck on one channel. The volume and stuff still works on the remote but we can't get off of this one channel! Any advice?
Push Cable on the remote, making sure it is in Cable 'mode'.
Can you push Channel Up/Down on the front of the box?
Power cycle the Shaw box, unplug the power for 30 seconds, then plug back in, give it a minute to boot back up, then try again.
