hi they just installed my shaw and everything was ok internet and tv but now my tv says authorization failed- failed to authorize content in all channels can somebody fix it please.
Try unplugging the cable box for a few seconds then plug it back in. See if that works.

We are aware that many channels are black at the moment. If you are seeing that message on the same channels that we have listed at TV - Black screen or frozen picture on multiple channel, they will likely come back once the issue is resolved.
I thought of that too but when they stated "all channels" I assumed it to be something different.
Bummer the reboot didn't solve it. Hopefully the techs will find and sort it out soon.
