Live TV Stuttering and Missing Channels

For the last few days our Gateway has been stuttering when viewing live content.  Recorded content is fine.  It has been getting worse every day and occurs on all channels.  Today it is happening up to several times a minute.  There are also particular channels that are not available (e.g. 217, 227, 236, 240 show up blank, 237-239 is a test pattern).


It is occurring on all 3 portals.  Rebooting the portals has no effect.
