DCX-3510 - Victoria, B.C. I was watching a recording, got up to about 50 minutes and it just froze. I stopped playback, exited out of the recordings list and all live channels are black. Tried to replay the recording, also black screen. Please help.
If someone from Shaw is going to ask me to do a hard reset of the PVR by unplugging or holding down the power button, I can't do it because I'm away from my home (using Slingbox to watch my programs) If Shaw could reset my PVR or whatever is needed to fix this jam, please.
