I am increasingly finding the On Demand service quite valuable. Shaw doesn't yet carry it for CBC, however. Can someone tell me if you will sometime in the near future, CBC is carrying some really good short series (eg Book of Negroes).
Thanks for your post, I noticed that too recently trying to find Dragons Den on Video On Demand. I'll bring this up with our programming team and see if we have any plans to add this.
Sent this to our programming team, no plans at the moment to add this. But they appreciated the feedback.

I dovetailed into this thread, being CBC. It's now March 2016 and we have CBC On Demand, yeh ?
OK now I'm trying to binge watch X Company. At episode (3) "Sein Und Schein", after playing for about 7 minutes (it says it will run for 43 minutes), all of a sudden it goes to the light blue closing screen, with the elevator music. I tried it several times, each time it stopped at the same place.
Are you referring to our Video On Demand service (http://vod.shaw.ca) or through CBC.ca's section? If the former, have you tried different web browsers aside from the one that you normally use, to see if the issue happens across different browsers? Thank you for letting us know on this. We are just going through this on our test station to play it for the next 10 minutes to see if anything happens. It could be content related and we want to get that fixed! I will post an update to this message once the test is complete.

We have tested this and the episode can continue past the 7 minute mark. We have confirmed the test to work properly up until the 20 minute mark.
