I have been unable to figure out how to export only tagged emails or emails in a single folder. Is this option available?
If your question relates to exporting from Shaw Webmail, we have a support article for that available here:
Import/Export in Webmail 2.0
As explained here you can export emails within a certain date range, but it does not look like it is possible to export emails contained in a specific folder or based on tagging.
The "export" file is in '.tgz' (TAR'd, GZIP'd) format. Great for UNIX/LINUX users, but will require additional (probably "free") software to extract the contents under Microsoft Windows.
It sure would be nice to offer IMAP support, to "drag-and-drop" a WebMail folder to a "local" Outlook mail-folder on my computer.
IMAP should work.
Outlook 2010 lets me 'drag' emails between different accounts.

Where can I find instructions on how to configure Outlook (2007/2010/2013) to connect via IMAP to Shaw's mail-servers? Once connected, I want to drag-and-drop to move (not copy) messages from one Shaw Webmail folder into a local folder, leaving the other Webmail folders available at the next time that I use Webmail.
