I'm not sure a Factory Reset will fix your issue so I do recommend contacting us for some further troubleshooting. With that said, you can perform a Factory Reset by hitting Options, then punching in 6-4-9-8-8-6. Just confirm the reset and the receiver will do a quick reboot and turn back on. It will require a refresh to reload the channels.
