Authorization failed on TV

We have 2 Tvs in our house with 2 seperate Cable boxes but one Shaw account. For some reason all my channels on my downstairs TV say "Authorization failed" but upstairs TV works fine. It has been like this for 2 days. We have tried rebooting the box a few times but it has not worked. All the other similar questions on here look to require a tech support. Can somebody help me out?
