I have noticed a green tab marking some of my pvr recordings (like Backstrom) - what does this mean?
You might have accidentally set up this particular program to be kept until your manually delete it. Check your Recording Default Options to see what it options are preset:
- go to the Options folder in your PVR Recordings List
- click on Recording Defaults and then click on " keep " and you will see all the available options. I would only choose either the " til space needed " or the " until I delete " option.
By the way - if you want to change the show you already have with the green square icon over to the orange circle with the exclamation point that's pretty easy to do:
- go to that show in your PVR folder and hit the info button located under the Yellow A button at the top of the remote
- go to the " keep until " folder and then just pick whatever option your prefer.
If you mean the green square icon then that means that this program can only be manually deleted. The other icon is a orange circle with an exclamation point inside which means that this show can be deleted by the Gateway if there is no space left for a new show to be recorded on.
Oh - OK. . . . . . . so is this something I would have (unknowingly) set up when I originally set the program to record? (I did know about the yellow circle with exclamation mark and also the red circle etc. just didn't know what the green indicated) thank you.
