Authentication Failed

Hi, I'm a new Shaw Customer. I didn't have my TV when the guy installed the system yesterday. Now it's telling me Authentification failed. I went through the list of problems (under "Not Authorized Error on Television") and none of the solutions worked. I can not watch any channel on my tv right now.
