I was wondering how long till Shaw email gets disabled after cancelling Shaw? We cancelled about a month ago and e-mails are still coming in. And they told us it be a few days and it's been more than a few days.
In most cases your Shaw email will be disabled immediately when your account is closed (ie., when the disconnection takes place and billing stops). From time to time I have seen cases where email accounts can remain active for longer than this. If you'd like us to check this further we can do so and have the account disabled.
