Can login, search but there is no order button. Also have you ever thought about combining these Shaw mobile apps -- too many icons!

Are you missing the order button on all titles or just some and has this been a problem since install? What device are you running this on?
I have re-installed the Android apk a few times. Running it on a BlackBerry Z10 in Android mode -- all titles affected. App runs ok on our iPhone and iPad

Have you tried to run the Shaw On Demand Search - BlackBerry World app yet?
FYI -- Tried the On Demand app available on BlackBerry World also and it behaves the same as the Android app: a little heart where the Order button should be (maybe in honour of Valentines weekend?)
Not a big deal either way -- I usually order VOD from my Windows laptop but it was down on Saturday night so thought I would give the mobile apps a try instead.
Is this what you are seeing, minus the order button?
It's an odd one, sorry I don't have an answer. I'm guessing something is messing with the app. I've sent it up to my support to have a look. I'll let you know when I hear back.
I'm escalating this up. Can you tell me what operating system version you are using, if your phone is jailbroken and what app version you are running?
I'm using BlackBerry !0 OS 10.2.1.3062 (latest official release from Rogers). The phone isn't jailbroken but I am using the Android runtime to use Android apps like Shaw On Demand Version 184.108.40.206. And as I mentioned I have also installed and run the Shaw On Demand app published on BlackBerry world -- Version 220.127.116.11. Both Android and native BlackBerry apps behave in exactly the same manner on my BlackBerry Z10 hardware.

Couple more questions for you in order to track this issue:
- You mentioned it worked fine on your iPhone and iPad when you had tested the app. Do you remember if you were able to proceed with the ordering on the devices?
- Are you able to successfully sign into and order from our Shaw on Demand site at http://vod.shaw.ca ?
- Do you have any devices that are strictly Android OS (versus your Blackberry running on Android runtime)? If so, do you have the app installed, and were you able to successfully order on that device?

Yes I can order on the Apple devices.
And I can order from the Shaw VOD web site from my Windows laptop
I don't have a real Android device -- but I do run tons of Apps from Google play apks on my z10
