Attempting to access 'HELP' results in Error message "This content cannot be displayed in a frame".

How do we quarantine a software program?
This will be an issue relating to Internet Explorer (IE). McAfee uses components of IE to display these components, along with all other items found within it's user interface. I would recommend using the following steps to reset IE to it's default security settings...
Once those steps are completed it is recommended to reboot the computer before trying to open these links again. If that fails to help you can also try the "Reset Internet Explorer settings" option, also in the Advanced tab of the Internet Options window.
On another note, the Help and Learn More links within Shaw Secure by McAfee all refer to the Internet Articles section of the Shaw Community. If there's anything else about the product that I can answer, please let us know.

I just tried the help page on a test computer here and got the same message. Hopefully our Shaw Secure specialist ss_phil can provide some insight on this. Regarding the software you would like to quarantine, did Shaw Secure find this in a scan?
