Your modem is offline. But when we look at your building, your neighbours are online.
Check for lights on your modem. If no lights, make sure the power cord is secure on both the modem and the electric socket.
Also check the coaxial cable from the modem to the wall outlet. Unscrew and reconnect the coaxial cable on both ends. If it goes through a splitter, also reconnect the coaxial cable on both ends of the splitter.
