For about the past 2 weeks my connection in SE Calgary has been terrible. I've tried the support documents, and have been set up with a wired connection. Still constant disconnects and high latency. It's been frustrating, and would like an answer of some kind. I'm really not going to continue paying for a service that I can even get, even in non-peak hours (I use the internet primarily between 12AM - 6AM.). Speed tests are reporting my speeds to be around 5Mbps, even though I'm paying for "Extreme". Whatever that seems to mean isn't extreme in any way.
