Just upgraded to new digital HD boxes for my house, everything works great but I don't get Global TV on any of them. Has anyone else had this problem?
Does it say Not Authorized? or One Moment Please?
Not Authorized is a permissions issue, may need to have your terminals reset/reauthorized.
One Moment Please, is a signal issue, bad splitter maybe, if it is a signal issue, there are likely other channels as well, but you may not subscribe to them.
Screen is black, no audio or video, programming info shows up in guide and on channel when there. My older digital box on a different tv still has the channel as does another tv with just analog signal.
