We own a Pace TDC776D and it will not allow us to access Shaw on Demand....actually crashes and resets....very frustrating! help please
Try resetting/reactivating the Pace terminal https://activations.shaw.ca/activate.aspx
Then give it 5-10 minutes and try again.
I have the same box,it has been reset numerous times,freezing all the time ,resets on its own,erases programs,or records 1 minute of program and shuts off.This is probably the worst box I have ever had,but good luck to you .
Just wondering do these resets happen when you are in the menu? Or when playing back content? How long has this been occurring for? Are there any error messages?

The box has a mind of its own,just watched a dvd.When the movie was done turned on the cable box,the info bar at the bottom showed up ,no picture,I went upstairs to the washroom,got a drink,came back downstairs,still just the info bar,shut off and reset it self.Sometimes when i change the channel it can take up to 30 secs.to change.The vod is a nightmare,then severe lag comes into play.Sometimes it records 1 min. of the show,sometimes go to recordings press play and it will ask if I want to delete this show hahahaha.But other than that it works great !!!!!!!!
Failing hard drive maybe.
I tried a friends shaw box tonight,to see if it was the box,worked like a champ motorolla-dcx3400-m.Now to find this box a grave hahaha
