PVR shows 100% full. It went from 83% to 100 in 5 min. I deleted over 6 hrs. and still shows full and won't record.
Unplug the power from the PVR and the Expander,
Plug the Expander back in, give it 30-60 seconds to fully power up, then plug the PVR power back in, giving it 3-5 minutes to boot back up, and checking your list again.
If you add up all the shows listed, what do the times total? Which model of PVR?
Have you tried rebooting it?
Don't know how to reboot and I don't want to lose all the recordings. Too many to count up all the hours. We also have the extender, so there should be lots of room.
THanks. That worked perfectly. Have gone from 100% full to 0%. Still don't get why it shows 0% when there are probably 100 hours recorded, but that's not new.
The expander will hold about 120 hours of HD programming, depending on your PVR, 20-60 hours. 160GB PVR will be around 20-25 hours, 500GB hard drive will be around 60 hours.
If you have about 100 hours now, with what you deleted, you could have been getting close to 100% full before, if you record mostly HD programming.
This is look like same issue I had before. Hopefully it won't not nice losing all special recordings.
