I need a help to remove "Ukash Virus".
Few options are available.
If this is Windows Vista or Windows 7 you are using... during computer start-up keep tapping "F8" on the keyboard until you reach a text menu for "Advanced Boot Options". Very first option should be "Repair Your Computer". If you follow these screens it will bring you to a set of repair options including System Restore. With System Restore you can bring your computer back to an earlier date (eg. day before you saw the infection), and that will disable or remove the infection. This should get you access once again to your normal desktop, then I would still suggest to still have your antivirus to check for updates (to get the latest virus information) and then complete a full system scan.
If that doesn't work... in some cases of this virus (not all versions of the infection however)... disconnect your internet and try and start your computer normally. Lots of times this virus requires your computer to have access to the internet to work. If this allows you access to your desktop, then you can go thru the start menu to locate System Restore (normally found under Programs > Accessories > System Tools).
Most of all, please don't fall for the trick and hand over your hard earned cash to these criminals. This infection (and others like it) exist because of the percentage of people who do fall for the trick and pay the criminals who are behind these. It may sound silly, but Symantec (Norton Antivirus creators) report 2.9% of those infected pay the "fee".
Best of luck.
