I have reached the limit of phones (3) able to connect to Shaw exo wifi. and having upgraded my iphones recently I need to delete the old ones and add the new ones.
How do I do this?
Visit our Online Customer Centre.
Once logged in, on the left side you will select "Internet" and then "Shaw EXO WiFi Trial"
Here you can edit/remove devices that you are no longer using.
I am on that page and all I can see is how to discover how many mobile devices I can connect, a map and advertisements for the mobile app, where is the add/remove section?
Do you see this under Internet tab? Just remove the device/s you don't use. You can also add the new one here.

No, I dont get that info / screen ? I am signed in, all I get is the text down to where the mac address and nicknames start, but no ability to add or remove.
OK everyone. Fixed it. The problem was that I was signed in to the community support forum which also has Internet and Wifi Trial as options. You also need to sign in to your Shaw account with another sign in and password, then the options show up as you explained. Thanks for the replies, regards Robin
