One thing that is missing from these forums is a general support category, or is that what lounge is for ?
Today all my Shaw services were dropping connectivity, as I have Home Phone and Internet and Shaw TV.
And since things have been working relatively fine for months, it is not a connection or cable issue,
at least not inside my residence.
Since all services were dropping off, this is not my local equipment issue, I am not going to reset
my modems or anything...
For people that work from home now, and more people do these days, intermittent connectivity is a real concern.
My question is, does Shaw have any idea how to track such an issue as this?
From a Support perspective, who would I contact ?
