Webmail - how add extra 'accounts' (names)

I am migrating from MS Outlook.  My Shaw account allows me multiple email addresses (names).  When I first set up Webmail it allowed me to specify the 'main' name,  That was accepted.  The only way to add additional names seems to be Preferences >> Accounts >> Add External Account


I input the 'Name', e-mail address, password (I reset it to make sure it is correct), and POP.  Then click TEST

I get the warning message ....

Error - Connection refused.

Note: If you continue to save, account will be marked inactive.

Press Cancel to return to editing accounts


This happens will all the different account I have.


How do I add these other account names?
