For the amount of money Shaw makes, you think they could hire a few more people to answer the phones. I am tired of constantly waiting over 25-30 minutes to speak to someone.
Hey chad. Sorry to hear you were waiting for a while. Have you tried our Chat, Twitter or Facebook support? Also, this Community is also a great place to try and find some answers. The response turnaround isn't quite the same as a live representative, but we have a lot of great Community members who might be able to assist with some of the issues you are having. We also have a large selection of documents you can search for that might help solve any issues you are having.

I have always found the folks who monitor the shawhelp line on Twitter to be very very quick..less than 2 mins ususaly..
You can type your mesage, and reply on your time...no need to wait on the phone.
We certainly agree Shaw Twitter Helps, is by far one of the best option of getting prompt response. Of course here in Community Support and FB too,with different kind of set ups. Triple A+ for these guys. They're so Awesome!
