I have just recently installed the Gateway system at my house. I've noticed when I call somebody to talk, I can hear them clearly but I'm choppy and cut out all the time with poor sound quality on the other end. So far I've plugged the phone into the back of the modem from the Shaw support website and also preformed a hard boot of the modem. But no success, the phone is still choppy and cuts out. The TV and internet works fine, it's just the phone that has issues.
