My voicemail stopped working. I am not sure how long ago just had some firends tell me it longer forwarded on no answer. How do I fix this?
Sorry to hear that your voicemail appears to have stopped working. Have you checked the Phone Portal at http://phone.shaw.ca? You log in there with your Customer Centre credentials. When you're in, click Features along the top and you'll see whether voicemail is turned on or off.
