I have never had so many issues with the Internet as I have in the past couple weeks. some tech people try to be helpful but if you call before 8am EST, then you get grumpy people from my experience! my Internet connection is freezing and it takes almost 3min to load a page! I am wondering what I am paying for, I guess trouble with no end in sight and I to thought it was my computer at fault. hopefully someone (other Shaw customers) can respond to this as to what they think I should or could do!
I make a living with my computer, and I can't have some tech people being difficult when I am having a real problem. does other Internet company's make this easier?? I'm at the end of my rope and if anyone has any suggestions, I would REALLY appreciate it
