Tried all the suggested unplug/restart on the support page. Not happening. What now?

I just want to confirm, you said your not receiving analog stations, do you mean channels 2-13 for example with your digital terminal? Or with your TV direct to the wall outlet and no digital box?
No digital box, direct to the wall would be severe signal loss, but there should still be a picture, even if fuzzy...
Digital box connected, but no picture on channels 2-13 would be digital channels, but not getting basic.
What city are you in? What TV subscription do you have? Do you normally have channels in the 30s and 40s? Could be part of the DNU that come customers had the basic digitals channels moved to a frequency filtered by the tier traps.
