I am getting certificate errors on all secure sites including shaw support. Uninstalled Shaw Support then reinstalled Shaw Support still not able to update. What happened?
Double check that the time, date, and time-zone settings are all correct.
It can cause that Certificate error if the computer is not registering the proper time.
You should be able to right click on the time at the bottom right of the screen and select adjust time/date to double check to make sure it is the correct day, year, and time. If the computer loses time or forgets the date etc it can cause certificate errors as the times will not match up.
Thanks Dustin. I had already checked the date and time before contacting support community and thought it was correct. However when I received your reply I looked again and saw that the month had been changed to January.oops? Thank you
