I have the BB50 service and this last week I have been losing connectivity at times (like right now so I will type fast). I have tried everything that Shaw has recommended on their site, and through my calls to their help desk including changing the channel of my router and connecting by ethernet cable to the router. I am getting completely fed up. If TELUS wasn't so lousy, I would be over to them in a heartbeat. <connection just died again> It isn't just the wireless connection that is dying, but also the wired one. This is so frustrating. I just don't know what to do at this point.
