Live Chat issues

When I attempt to use the Live Chat function I get the pop-up box that indicates "My representative has arrived" and has a message that says "Sorry, you cannot ask a question until your current session has finished"....what does that mean??  I only have one session open!  I opened shaw and clicked Live Chat - filled out the form and clicked Chat now.
