Microsoft Surface Setting up Email Problem

We just purchased a Microsoft Surface and even with the information on your site we are unable to connect.  The information we have entered is as follows:

 

Email Address: brianrwood@shaw.ca

Username: brianrwood

Password:

Incoming IMAP email server: wm.shaw.ca

Port 993

Incoming Server Requires SSL: Checked

Outgoing SMTP email server: wm.shaw.ca

Port: 465

Outgoing server requires SSL: Checked

Outgoing Server reuires authentication: Checked

Use the same username and password to send and receive email: checked

 

With the above information entered we receive an error message of (We still cant find settings for brianrwood@shaw.ca.  Providing this additioanl info may help if you don't know this information search online or check with your provider)

 

Please help us set this up, we are pretty frustrated at this point.
