Eh! guys ( all with this issue), I do not know you but I've started feel frustrated on this issue with Shaw (dropping connection and fluctuation s on the speed). I am have spent close to 2 hours to try to connect to a web site that I am paying for my kids but since I have Shaw I cannot use it. This is worst that 15 - 20 years ago when I was using DSL connection using the phone.
Any idea? how we can complaint in group due to it looks individually we are not getting any attention. I am not good with technology but what if we can put something in youtube or create a massive complaining.
